We are an independent insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist – Client Services Representative. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. No insurance experience required.
These duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, or refer inquiries to the appropriate staff. in a professional and timely manner.
- Greeting clients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments in person, or by telephone.
- Maintain client records by updating account information.
- Perform general clerical tasks to support agency operations.
Qualifications:

We are an independent insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensed Client Account Manager. You’ll work directly with clients and insurance carriers to service policies, answer questions, and support renewals — all while helping our clients protect what matters most. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
These duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide friendly, professional support to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Service existing policies (endorsements, billing help, proof of insurance, etc.)
- Quote, bind, and process renewals with multiple carriers
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to help clients round out their coverage
- Support agency operations with documentation, follow-up, and admin tasks
Qualifications:
- Resident State Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Team player with a self-starter attitude
- High degree of self-discipline and motivation
- Ability to follow processes and procedures

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain a consistent pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines.
